Mr. Brackett also served in the Knox County Sheriff's Department as a Patrol Lieutenant for 6 years. Recognized 3 times as Officer of the Year, Mr. Brackett retired from the Sheriff's Department after over 20 years of service. Jim is certified to administer the Standardized Field Sobriety Tests. His investigation provides Mr. Oberman with an unmatched level of preparation and readiness.
